To talk to someone face-to-face or to get help with forms or just ask for more information about the Credit Union, you can make an appointment to meet someone at a range of outlets around Oxfordshire. These will grow in number over time as we find more volunteers to help us.
Currently we can only offer a meeting by appointment which you can make by ringing us on 01865 777 757 or emailing in advance.
On Tuesdays (mornings only) you can make an appointment to talk to someone at Rose Hill & Donnington Advice Centre, The Oval, Rose Hill, Oxford OX4 4SF. (Book through OCU, not at the Advice Centre itself.)
In Didcot at SOHA (99 Station Road, Didcot, 0X11 7NN) Tom Mason is available on request in advance (email@example.com) from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
We are planning further outlets in Witney, Chipping Norton, and other places. We are also always looking for volunteers to staff them. Let us know if you would welcome face-to-face appointments at any of these locations – and if you might be willing, with some basic training, to help us to staff them.
Please note that these outlets do not offer a drop-in service: you must make an appointment at least two days in advance.
